1. Nature of Our Products

These products are digital and non-tangible. They are delivered electronically through email, WhatsApp, Telegram, customer dashboard, or other digital methods.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned after delivery, this policy differs from policies applicable to physical goods.


2. No Refund After Successful Delivery or Activation

Once a product has been successfully delivered, activated, or the customer has received access to the purchased product, the order is considered completed.

Since digital products cannot be revoked, deleted, recovered, or reused after access has been granted, no refund will be issued after successful delivery or activation, except where expressly stated in this policy or where required under applicable law.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Login credentials delivered
  • License keys delivered
  • Software activated
  • Digital files downloaded
  • Membership activated
  • Account access provided
  • Subscription successfully started

By purchasing any digital product, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.


3. Refund Requests

Customers may submit a refund request if they believe they qualify under this policy.

Every request is individually reviewed by Sasi Tag Digital.

Refunds are not automatic and are considered only after verification of the order, technical issue, delivery status, warranty status, and other relevant circumstances.

The final decision regarding eligibility for any refund shall be made by Sasi Tag Digital, subject to applicable laws.

Attempting to pressure, threaten, repeatedly harass, or compel the Sasi Tag Digital team or its owner to approve a refund will not influence the decision.


4. Duplicate Payments

If the same order is accidentally paid for more than once, customers should contact our support team with payment proof.

After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded or adjusted against another purchase.


5. Product Not Delivered

If payment has been successfully received but Sasi Tag Digital is unable to deliver the purchased product within the promised delivery period, customers should contact support.

If we are unable to fulfill the order, an appropriate refund or alternative product may be offered.


6. Third-Party Products

Examples include software companies, AI service providers, subscription platforms, cloud providers, and other external services.

These third-party companies may change their policies, pricing, features, availability, or account status at any time without prior notice.

7. Warranty & Replacement Policy

Some products include a warranty period.

Examples:

  • 30 Days
  • 3 Months
  • 6 Months
  • 12 Months
  • Lifetime (where specifically mentioned)

If a product becomes inaccessible during its warranty period due to reasons covered under the product warranty, Sasi Tag Digital will first attempt to provide a replacement.

Replacement is always our first priority.


8. When Replacement Cannot Be Provided

If a third-party provider permanently disables or terminates a product before the warranty expires, and Sasi Tag Digital is unable to provide a replacement within a reasonable time, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund.

If a refund is approved:

  • The customer must accept the refund within 3 calendar days from the date it is offered.
  • After 3 calendar days, the refund offer shall automatically expire.
  • No refund will be issued after the expiry of this period.

The refund amount, if approved, may be full or partial depending on factors including:

  • Product usage
  • Remaining warranty period
  • Time elapsed since activation
  • Nature of the issue
  • Value already received by the customer
  • Any applicable transaction or processing costs

The approved refund amount may therefore be lower than the original purchase price.


9. Situations Not Covered Under Warranty

Warranty or replacement shall not apply if the issue is caused by:

  • Password changes made by the customer
  • Recovery email or phone number changes
  • Unauthorized account modifications
  • Two-factor authentication enabled by the customer
  • Sharing accounts with multiple users where prohibited
  • Violation of platform rules
  • Misuse or abuse of the product

  • Regional restrictions
  • Customer negligence
  • Attempts to resell or misuse products in violation of applicable terms

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before delivery processing begins.

Once account preparation, activation, license generation, or delivery has started, cancellation is no longer possible.


11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • WhatsApp number
  • Username
  • Delivery information

Sasi Tag Digital shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.


12. Respectful Communication Policy

14. Chargebacks

Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback through your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway, customers are requested to contact our support team.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support process.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of customer accounts and refusal of future services, subject to applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability
